I thoroughly enjoyed my time at WoodSpring in Colton, CA! The staff was incredibly helpful. In particular, I truly appreciated Latrice at the front desk! Anytime I needed anything, she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! I observed her interacting with others and was so impressed with her warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help each guest. She always had a bright smile and a word of encouragement as she diligently completed her work tasks! I also truly appreciated the customer service skills of Jonathan and Jesse, who were always so kind and helpful to me and the other guests! They were able to multitask while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor. Thank you all so much! I would highly recommend the WoodSpring in Colton, CA! The prices are reasonable, and the guests appeared to have been treated with respect. The housekeeping came as scheduled, and the place was kept neat and clean. There was typically open availability at the laundry room, and there is a small fitness center and free coffee in the morning until 11 AM! There was always a fresh smell when walking into the lobby!
