  • HOTEL ISSUES - All of our hotels, even those with limited desk hours, have staff on-site and available 24/7. Dial x500 or x501 from room or lobby phones time-sensitive support (check-in, noise, etc.).
  • WI-FI ISSUES - All hotels have independent, third-party wi-fi vendors. Contact information for connectivity, bandwidth, and service/support issues can be found on-site. Hotel staff can clarify timing for outages, etc.
  • LAUNDRY, VENDING, and ELEVATOR ISSUES - Outside vendors are often needed to service large equipment. GENERAL MANAGERS should provide outage and restoration timing updates.
  • CHARGE ISSUES - While honoring local tax requirements - room rates, amenities costs, and other fees are set by each hotel. Contact a hotel's GENERAL MANAGER for clarification of charges and/or refunds.
  • ELEVATED GUEST SUPPORT - While the vast majority of guest issues can/should be resolved by hotel staff - our GUEST SUPPORT TEAM - 844.974.6835 (9AM-5PM CT, Mo-Fr.) - and the form below allow guests to provide feedback or request support from Area Managers, and others involved with the operations at a hotel. Note that these options are not 24/7 nor appropriate for time sensitive support needs.
  • BRAND SUPPORT - All WoodSpring Suites hotels are independently owned and operated as part of the Choice Hotels International extended stay hotel inventory.


  • HOTEL INFORMATION - Addresses, phone numbers, office hours, amenities, room types and rates, etc. for our hotels can be found on each hotel's page on our site. Start at our locations page.
  • EXPECTATIONS/QUESTIONS - Extended stay hotels are different from traditional/nightly hotels. Visit our FAQ page or our rooms, kitchens, hotel policies, and privacy policy pages for elaboration.
  • MODIFYING/CANCELLING RESERVATIONS - Reservations made on our site, through our toll-free line (844.WS.HOTEL (844.974.6835)), or at the front desk (phone or in-person) can be modified or canceled by hotel staff, our reservation agents, or through our site (click "MY RESERVATIONS" at the top of this page). Consult your confirmation email or Terms and Conditions on this site for specific cancellation and modification policies and fees. All reservations booked through travel sites (Expedia, etc.) or other channels must be modified/cancelled through that service - based on their policies.
